Shipping Rules:

Your rug will be delivered to you your door step in 5- 7 business days or less. You will receive a tracking number to allow you check your package.


Delivery:

Shipping is now free to the US and Canada and we are proud to use FedEx as our preferred shipping provider. For all other orders, shipping and any applicable customs and duty charges will apply.

For Canadian orders, BuyPersianRugs.com will take care of all duties and customs charges for BuyPersianRugs.com orders shipped to Canadian addresses. Canadian residents will be required to pay GST. Residents of Ontario will also be required to pay PST.

Please note that we cannot combine shipping of multiple orders going to the same address. We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or an APO address.


Returns:

BuyPersianRugs.com stands behind the products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund of the cost of the rug minus (cost of transaction 4%). To return rugs, follow these simple steps:
  • Email or call us within 30 business days of the receipt of your rug.
  • When you contact us all information will be taken and an email will be sent to you with return information.
  • Repackage the rug in its original packaging or equivalent.
  • Please follow the return information sent to you in the e-mail.

All Clearance Sale items are subject to a special 7-day return policy.
This means we must receive notice of intent to return within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping.


Damage:

If you find that your shipment shows visible signs of damage on receipt, please attempt to open it in the presence of the driver. If the contents of the package are damaged due to shipping process, make sure to document that on the shipping manifest. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 7 days.
Contact us immediately so that we have a record of the problem and be sure to retain all packaging materials. If possible, take a photograph of the damaged package, as this can assist in the claims process.


Sales Tax:

There is no sales tax charged on rugs shipped within the United States(Except California).
